Exmoor Explorer
This walking holiday will give you the opportunity to explore part of the contrasting countryside of the Exmoor National Park with its deep wooded combes, farmland, grass and heather moors as well as the magnificent coastline. The National Park comprises 267 square miles of which two-thirds lies in West Somerset and one third in North Devon. On our walks we will look for red deer and exmoor ponies that roam the moor.
Your accommodation for this holiday will be spent at the Simonsbath Hotel, dating back to 1654 in the quiet village of Simonsbath with lovely views over the River Barle and the distant moors. This location provides a wonderful setting for walkers who wish to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the English Countryside.
